I was banned from my account, I already appealed and sent emails and I have no answer, someone can help me or know someone who could recover their account..

Yes its the best thing to just ignore and avoid any comments made by others. Because the toxicity system is all managed by A.I, its gonna be hard sometimes to determine the situation.

Yes, now I’m going to control myself because the truth is to lose count for answering others.. more for all the years I’ve been playing in that account.

Hello, are you able to give out any reason as to why you may think it was banned?
Could you also provide your In-game ID, Ign and Server so I can forward it to be checked. In cases of certain situations, it could be permanently banned so please be informed.

On the Brazilian server, they tend to be very harsh with punishments for insulting because of a situation that happened before in that region.

No matter what happens, for future reference, try to restrain yourself. There will be games with people who insult you (who you should report), there will be games with people who love you. The important thing is to give the best you can to the community and try to be as non-toxic as possible.

I hope you can recover your account and try not to flame again so you can continue playing like everyone else:
