The last time was on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22

You will have to wait for a reply on it. There is nothing we can do from our side on it. If you perhaps havent received any reply in a while, there is a good chance that you wont get the account back.

Dear Moonton,

My account was banned for 30days last 2days ago because of inappropriate chatting.I blamed my teammates as they are low skill level.I didn't lose any credit points and still 110 points but last 2 days ago my account has been banned cause of inappropriate chatting.I m not understand why banning time is 30days.This is my first time ban so I think it should be at most about 3days or 7 days but now it takes 30days!.I think it is not fair and I didn't not get any warning mail.However I apologize for inappropriate chatting and I hope u will solve my account banning.I buy diamonds for events every month so I don't wanna miss next events anymore.So please unban my account.

How can I do for appeal to recover my account

same problem can anyone help me? i don't know why my account suddenly get ban.. even i don't use any cheat or malware in my game and i already appeal for it on "SELF SERVICE SYSTEM" but still its not Fair to my aside,  i also pay for this game i hope someone can help me with this problem and much appreciate it.
