In last patch(like a 2 week ago?), They are buff a most mm, but decrese their damage in to minions. And also change this battle spell

its was a 3 weeks ago xD.

And nah. it was correct notes as you was ask. In it tank jungle item was up, and mm was nerfed. But as you saw it change nothng in meta
