I was so surprised to see Karina go tank and at the same time shocked of how well that works out. Every single time we get first pick and she is free, I pick her, regardless of my mains. She's just toooo op, no matter the build you put on her. On my server she's not picked so much in mythic..but epic and legends, she's everyone's first choice..
