Hello all,

My nickname was darthsyaz

Ive been playing since 2019 however my account was stolen by a  fu****.

The perpetrator has disconnected all my linked account including moonton hence I cannot recover my account by my own. Plus he also change my account nickname.

I have all evidence that the account was mine such as Google Pay receipt for in game purchases that I made, email for linking with game account, even notice from Mobile Legends when the perpetrator changed my nickname except my player ID as I cannot open my account anymore.

Ive email to mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com and submitted online form on 13 October but until now no reply received except autoreply

Hello there and welcome to the forum! As for your issue, you will need to be patient, and please do understand there's lots of requests everyday. But you will receive your reply. If you made payments on your account, this could be useful information in recovering it. Hope it all works out!

Yes i have everything to proof that its my account except player id. Thats the only info that i dont have.

Was advised by someone to talk to moderator because moderators can assist better to communicate with ML Support since i dont have my player id.

Really hope that you or any moderators can assist me in my case.

On 12 October Ive sent email and filled up the online form but how do I obtain the ID or case/report number?

BTW just found out in my FB, Ive been playing since 2017.

Screenshot of email conversation, but till now still didnt get any reply from Moonton except 1 autoreply.
In the email Ive sent screenshots of payments made, email verification for bind the account with my moonton account.

For now, wait for an answer if you sent the email..it takes some time due to the number of requests sent everyday...Let's see how that goes first oki? I won't go anywhere don't worry and just in case i won't be around, my colleagues will gladly help out
