Secondly, okay your question is about whether the hacker can be punished or located or not.
But is not a problem what i talking about. You can not punish him - okay. Or you can even tell me about it or send me in to support is also okay. But what moderators did? They was tell me "for back you account..." instead. When i write a few times that I AM ALREADY BACK IT. How i must feel about it. I have only one feeling. This moderators not even try to read my post. They thought - "oh another hacked topic. We just post reply and go away". Nice work guys.
And for sure i not ask about to help all this peoples. But this email. 4 players ask me. And all of they tell me the same. "I am send mail week ago and no answer". And another week ago still no answer. And okay. Its not you work, moontones just have a bad custom service, that make money for their work and etc. But you know? You have a lot of hack request on forum. And you may ask devs about it? And no one return this acount. Did you ask them about it? That maybe create adittionaly service or idk what. Or you thouthg "is not my problem, i post a usless link, my work is over"? Because when this players PM me, its breaking my heart. What can i tell them? Try to hack you account back?
Also, where is the post/thread/comment that moderators explicitly told you to piss off?
Its about Montage event. Can i explain you situation frist? I was check vote numbers every day. And before day it was like 8/7/6, i am not remember correctly but something about it. And in next day right before event end, it will become 11/8/7. Just one member get a 5 voice, from nowhere from really short time(and as i know you need a pause to register on this forum), that not vote for other members. I am PM shine about it and ask about check. Because it seems like a cheat. She no reply and leave forum. I am ask it in thread. And she reply me AFTER LIKE WEEK AGO - "What are you talking about even? It's forum's event. Not the event of some person. The event was clear, the one with most "support" gets #1 prize. I don't see the problem"
Again - if she woud reply something about - "i was check its all okay" or "okay, we fuck up, but next time we will do all correct" its okay for me. But not a "no problem there, i will not even check or try to pretend. Its piss off for me. How i might feeling about it? And you know whay than? If you will check you next event - a lot of members lvl 1 or lvl 2. Like someone create 10 acounts and post it to max chance to win. And who was win? Level 1 account for sure! Nice!
I must not fell about the scam? Or about moderators try to help me?
And its not about - " i am was lose, oh no". Its more about - No one forum member or potentialy forum member not even have a real chance to win.
So in conclusion, things are not so simple like you think. I wish it can be that simple, but it's not.
Its never was ease. And i am also was moderator on some forum. And i am know that nothing motivate you to work than moderator title. But right now, i was never saw a moderators try to help or support players. All i saw - "create suggestion/bug report/send email there/use custom support". And maybe i will belive to bug reports. But all other thing just a shifting of responsibility. Nothing more.
I urge you to join our Moderator's team when there is a recruitment drive and see things for yourself
Even i want to, i am not feel like my english skill is enough. Even i may read and write all of it without translator or dictonate. But i still has a lot of mistakes and misprints. And i am perfectionist, for sure i am defintly may deal this work, but i will feel bad because moontones or another moderators will lose their reputation because of my english skill.
