Passive: Twilight Weapons
When Chiya does 5 instances of damage consecutive, her next attack will deal an additional 80(+70% Total Physical Damage) True Damage and Heals her by that amount.   
Initial Weapon: Sword Mode
Skill 1: Sword Slash(CD: 8 Seconds at all Level)
Dashes forward a little and Slashes Twice, Horizontally and Vertically, each dealing 220/250/280/310(+50% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage to enemies along the way. If the skill hits the enemy, Chiya gains 30% movement speed, decaying over 3 seconds.
Skill 2: Ghost Spear(CD: 12/11.5/11/10.5)
Dashing forward and Momentarily Changes her sword into a Spear, upon hitting target, Chiya quickly jabs the target three times, each jab deals
150/180/210/230(+90% Total Physical Attack)+5% of the enemy's lost HP Physical Damage and the Cooldown of Sword Slash will be Reduce by 1 second.
Skill 3(Mode Switch): Twilight Shuriken(CD: 15 seconds at all level)
Chiya shoots a Shuriken forward, marking the enemy and slowing them by 30% for 2.5 seconds, dealing 140/160/180/200(+60% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage to the first enemy hit. At the same time, she will also jump back a little.
Switching her Sword to Her Bow
Use it Again at Anytime: Chiya uses her Wing and Dashes the the target's back and deal 120/140/160/180(+50% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage, knocking enemies back.

Skill 4(Ultimate): Thousand Blades(CD: 60/55/50)
Chiya Summons all her swords and weapons and shoot it towards the enemy, each dealing 300/350/400(+110% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage. Targets that got hit will be blinded and lose vision for 1 seconds and slowed by 40% during that time.

Chiya shoots a arrow of darkness, dealing 220/250/280/310(+70% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage to the target, making them lose vision for 1 second.
Skill 2: Nightfall(CD: 6/5.3/4.6/3.9)
Chiya enters Camoflage State(semi-transparent), increases movement speed by 25% and flat Physical Penetration by 10/15/20/25 for 3 seconds, untargettable.
Skill 3: Twilight Wing(CD: 0)
Use it Again at Anytime: Chiya uses her Wing and Dashes the the target's back and deal 120/140/160/180(+50% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage, knocking the enemy back.
Switching her Bow back to her Sword Mode
Skill 4(Ultimate): Arrow of Destiny(CD: 60/50/40)
Chiya condenses all her power and shoots the Arrow of Destiny, dealing 300/400/500(+80% Total Physical Attack)+9% of enemy's lost HP Physical Damage, explode on contact, knocking back enemy that was hit.

I support this idea aswell, I just hit the support button. Loving the waifu idea overall, regardless if it's a hero concept or a skin concept. I wish this hero was support/mage maybe, for some reason i believe it fits her better. Good job tho!
