STORY
Kagura family is the oldest and most powerful user of the yin and yang arts, which was driven by the powerful spirits, Yin and Yang. After they found out that their daughter, Kagura, secretly left their home with the Semei umbrella. Kagura's parents were so worried for their daughter as they didn't know where would Kagura go. Sakura, the younger sister of Kagura, knows the reason and the place where her sister will go, to the Land of Dawn and follow Hayabusa, whom she hates for altering the love and attention her sister Kagura gave her. Fueled by envy and anger for Hayabusa for putting her older sister into danger, she presents herself and pleaded to her parents to find her older sister. Thou hesitant, as they know the danger of traveling alone, her parents then agreed and let Sakura find her sister. Sakura left their home bringing the heirloom she recieved, the Onmyo Suisho-kyu, a crystal ball that enables the wielder to use the yin and yang energy on it's surroundings and also unlocks the wielder's ability to see the past and future.
On her way to the Land of Dawn, she met a  ninja named Scarlet, who then agreed to join her. Thou, she knew the reason why Scarlet joins her, to defeat the disgraced former shadow, Sakura also sets her goal to bring her older sister Kagura home and feel again the love and attention of her sister that she has been longing.

BASIC ATTACK
Basic Attack: (Drag-Release Action)
Dragging the basic attack cursor then releasing it will launch Sakura's Onmyo Suisho-kyu to a specified direction, and when it reaches its maximum range it automatically comes back.
*Sakura's basic attack and skills can pass through walls, minions and enemy heroes. Damage will decrease if it hits the same target.


SKILLS
Passive: Yin Yang Divination
Sakura won't benefit from attack speed items, but everytime she levels up, the travel time of Onmyo Suisho-kyu decreases.*
Sakura's basic attack and skill damage depends on the distance traveled by Onmyo Suisho-kyu, scaling up to 100%-130%.**
*the higher her level, the faster her basic attacks and skills travel
**the longer her weapon travels, the higher the damage


1st Skill: Yang (BUFF/AOE)
Sakura infuses her Onmyo Suisho-kyu with positive energy, increasing the damage of her basic attacks and skill by 20% while restoring 50(+20% total magic damage) HP(10% HP only for non-heroes) for herself. *
*this skill will consume Mana everytime her basic attacks and skills hits an enemy heroes, minions and jungle monsters. The skill will automatically turns off when she consumes all her mana or use the skill again to turn it off.
Skill Cost Per Hit: 30/40/50/60/70/80


2nd Skill: Yin (AOE/CC)
Sakura gathers negative energy that launches Onmyo Suisho-kyu in a specified direction dealing 300(+150% total magic power), and slowing them by 60% for 1.5 seconds. If it doesn't hit an enemy, she can recast it and launch Onmyo Suisho-kyu in another direction.
Skill Cost: 60/70/80/90/100/110
Cooldown: 8.0/7.5/6.0/5.5/4.0/3.5
Base Damage: 330/385/440/495/550/605


Ult: Onmyouji Scrying (BLINK)
Sakura uses Onmyo Suisho-kyu to quickly travels to the future, enabling her to teleport on an area for 1.5 seconds, then goes back afterwards.*
*during her ultimate, she is immune to any crowd controls and basic attack damage
Skill Cost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 40.0/30.0/20.0

Does the forum also sends Hero/Skin concepts to the devs as well? Or Customer Service will do that job instead? I would like to get notified if the devs taken the design into consideration or not.
