Sudden drop in graphics. Ultra graphics bug

6. Ultra graphics became smooth, changing is not solving anything. Tried clearing cache, resource check, reinstalled game 3 times. Hero models look crispy, both in menu and in actual match. Avatar and avatar borders became low quality too.

Hello, any updates? pretty game-breaking bug for me :(
and I didn't see anyone else reporting this issue, thus I fear the problem is in my device, rather than in game files..

Can I know how's the current(recent) graphics? Is it still bugging out or back to normal again? the drop in graphic usually indicate for either battery saving or make your game play much smoother(reduce lag)

Still low quality :(
The thing is, I always played on ultra and never had any problems, then just logged in and got this graphic bug..
Looks like the issue is somehow in my iPad, because I don’t see anyone else reporting same bug.. and on my phone graphics are normal

Also I noticed changing from ultra to smooth changes very little visually. It’s like I’m stuck on smooth graphics anyway..

looks like the issue is similar to mine. Resolution and hd mode problem..
