Can you please allow floryn use directly her first skill to an ally, what makes floryn a bad healer is her skill 1 which is situational, it needs to takes a n enemy, minions, or jungle creeps first before you can activate it, so my suggestion is why not just make it similar to angela skill 1 and everything is good to go.

Imo, I don't see any problem with her first skill, you don't need to aim for it to take effect. There's also variety of ways to use her first skill as you already mentioned it. With Favor roaming blessing and her World Healing, it balance out.

It should ok at this state cause it was balance n useful You can manage it too right Damage n healing need to have limitation
