That is true. I for one find it pretty easy to play him against most MM, on gold lane. I guess it's all a matter of personal choice, rather than just meta..

I will be honest, he is not bad at gold lane bc his clear is fast. U could make it work, but jungle is better bc of his good clearing speed.
