In this patch, we're re-applying the battlefield adjustments for the December season (previously applied in Patch 1.6.30) with a few changes and will keep a close eye on the impact of these adjustments.

The following uses (↑) (↓) (~) to indicate Buff, Nerf, and Adjustment.

[Phylax] (~)

[Ultimate] (↓)
Knockback distance slightly increased.
Shield value slightly reduced.
Shield gaining difficulty slightly increased.
Duration: 12s at All Levels >> 8-12s

[Skill 1 (Flight)] (↑)
New Effect: Slows enemies in the area.

[Lesley] (↑)
We're boosting Lesley's lane clearing and sustained damage and removing the previous constraints on her critical strikes.

[Passive] (↑)
Extra Crit Chance: 40% >> 50%
Damage: 1.3 Times >> 1.2 Times
Crit damage limit removed.
New Effect: Enhanced Basic Attack deals 20% extra damage to minions and restores double the amount of energy.

[Skill 1] (↑)
Lesley gains double energy restoration in the Camouflage state.

[Badang] (↑)
We're buffing up Badang's early-game damage to make him more competitive in the laning phase.

[Passive] (↑)
Passive's Extra Damage: 20% Physical Attack >> 50 + 50% Physical Attack
Fist Wind generated by Badang's Skill 1 and Ultimate can directly trigger this extra damage and stun minions.

[Minotaur] (↑)
We want Minotaur to be able to choose when to enter the Rage state. Also increasing his powers when his Ultimate isn't available.

[Passive] (↑)
Enters the Rage state upon reaching max Rage >> Enters the Rage state after casting a skill at max Rage

[Skill 1] (↑)
New Effect: Reduces enemies' Attack Speed.

[Skill 2] (↑)
New Effect: Increases allies' Attack Speed.

[Franco] (↑)
We're opening up the possibility for Franco to take the damage path.

[Passive] (↑)
New Effect: After leaving combat, Franco gains one stack per second. Each stack increases the damage of his next skill by 5% (up to 50%). Dealing or taking damage will stop the stack accumulation.

[Skill 1] (↓)
Base Damage: 550-800 >> 400-650

[Skill 2] (↓)
This skill can no longer critically strike.

[Ultimate] (↓)
Base Damage: 60-100 >> 50-70

[Kaja] (↑)
To bring out the fighter in Kaja, we're slightly increasing his durability and sustained damage.

HP Growth: 190 >> 210
Basic Attack: Kaja's Basic Attack deals Magic Damage and can benefit from Kaja's Magic Power.
New Effect: Dealing damage to heroes or minions reduces the cooldown of Wrath Sanction.

[Skill 1] (↓)
No longer reduces the cooldown of Wrath Sanction.

[Skill 2] (↑)
No longer leaves 3 Lightning Bombs behind and instead deals AOE damage and steals nearby enemy heroes' Magic Defense.

[Ultimate] (↓)
No longer steals the target's Magic Defense.

[Free Heroes]

Now, the obstacle behind the Purple Buff will disappear once the Purple Buff is killed and reappear after it respawns. This feature is currently only available on the Advanced Server.

[Battlefield Timeline]
We're re-applying the battlefield timeline related adjustments (see below for details) with a few changes:

The following adjustment will slightly increase Turtle Buff's benefits to the team:

1. Turtle Buff: Besides the killer, other allied heroes will also receive a one-time shield, while the shield value is reduced.

The following adjustment will slightly increase Orange Buff's presence in the late game:

2. Orange Buff: The killer will also gain extra Penetration (10% for Marksman, Mage, and Support and 5% for Fighter, Tank, and Assassin. Gains Physical Penetration if the hero's extra Physical Attack isn't lower than their extra Magic Power, and Magic Penetration if otherwise) for the duration.

The following adjustments will slightly reduce the match length to balance out the impact of the previous adjustments in Patch 1.6.30.

3. Lord Spawn Interval: 4 min >> 3 min

4. Enhanced Lord's Damage to Turret: 50% Max HP >> 75% Max HP. No longer disables the turret for 2.5s.

5. Neutral Lord's Damage Reduction After the Second Enhancement: 40%-15% >> 30%-5%

6. Base Turret's Defense Skill: Eliminates approaching minions >> Deals damage equal to 50% of the minions' Max HP Patch 1.6.30 Battlefield Timeline Adjustments:

[2 Minutes]
1. First Turtle Spawn: Time unchanged.

2. New Mechanic: In the first 2 minutes, heroes equipped with Retribution will gain 15% extra Damage Reduction in the allied jungle. This mechanic will protect Junglers (especially when they're alone) from invading enemies in the early game

3. Iron Crab Upgrade: 3 min >> 2 min

[5 Minutes]
1. Removal of Outer Turrets' Shields: Time unchanged.

2. Special Siege Minion Waves: 7 >> 10, that is, 3 min 30 sec >> 5 min. We reduced the reward for each side-line siege minion killed (~7%), while the overall reward is slightly increased (~3%) due to the extra waves.

3. Removal of Retribution's Minion Penalty: Time unchanged.

[8 Minutes]
1. First Lord Spawn: 9 min >> 8 min. We slightly increased the Summoned Lord's attributes but reduced the minions' attribute boost after slaying Lord. This adjustment will slightly accelerate the game pace but reduce the opposing team's pressure to defend other lines.

2. Removal of Inner Turrets' Defense Skill (Gains a 1-min Damage Reduction effect when the corresponding Outer Turret is destroyed): 9 min >> 8 min

3. Removal of Roaming Equipment's Devotion Effect: 9 min >> 8 min

[12 Minutes]
1. First Lord Enhancement (Gains the ability to charge at the enemy turret): Time unchanged

2. Base Turret's Defense Skill (When the corresponding Inner Turret is destroyed): Changed from increases Defense for 1 min to gains a chance to eliminate approaching enemy minions before 12 min.
3. Minion Movement Speed Increase: 9 min >> 12 min

[18 Minutes]
1. New Mechanic: Lord will be enhanced for the second time at 18 min, gaining the following abilities:

Ability 1: Neutral Lord has 40%-15% Damage Reduction by default, which decreases when there are more heroes around (5% for each hero within 5 yards, reaches the minimum when there are 5 heroes around).

Ability 2: Summoned Lord grants 15% Damage Reduction to allies within 5 yards.

Ability 3: Summoned Lord gains 5% Damage Reduction for each allied hero within 5 yards (up to 25%).

2. Death Timer Increase: 15 min >> 18 min. This adjustment will reduce the death timer between 15-18 min.

3. New Mechanic: After 18 min, heroes will gain a higher Movement Speed boost when leaving the Fountain (decays over the duration).

We're re-applying the emblem-related adjustments:

We're upping the numbers of some of the less popular talents to make them more desirable.

[New Map - Sanctum Island]
New Map - Sanctum Island is now available on the Advanced Server.

Sanctum Island comes with an all-new scene design, new creeps, more exquisite map graphics, along with some special features awaiting you to explore in the Purple Buff area. Be sure to check it out!

Sanctum Island is currently only available at Ultra graphic settings and will be brought to lower settings in the future.

1. Added a Smart Quick Chat feature that automatically determines the Quick Chat content according to players' behaviors.

2. Added some fun content to in-match Killing Notifications.

3. Optimized the in-match Killing Notifications so they're blocking less of the screen.

4. Players can now follow other players on the home screen of Boommander Mode.

1. Fixed an issue where the MVP of the defeated team was displayed as Gold Medal on the match results page.

2. Fixed an issue where the "Share" quest in Daily Quests couldn't be completed by Facebook sharing.

3. Fixed an issue where the Brawl Master achievement couldn't be completed.

4. Fixed an issue where the Familiarity info was incorrectly displayed on the loading screen.

5. Fixed an issue where Affinity couldn't be viewed on the Profile page.

6. Fixed an issue where Vale couldn't upgrade his skills in matches.

7. Fixed an issue where Vale could use all his skills at Lv.1.

8. Fixed an issue where Atlas was able to cast Fire On! successively in Brawl Mode.

9. Fixed an issue where the extra Attack Speed from Claude's Skill 1 (at max skill level) was described incorrectly.

10. Fixed an issue where Barats would become stuck if he cast his Ultimate on enemy Kimmy and the latter died during the process.
