I compared Lesley's damage on practice mode in official and advanced server and to my surprise Lesley's version in original server deals more damage than the buffed Lesley in advanced server. The skills I tested are skill 1 and passive using boots, scarlet phantom, berserkers fury, malefic roar, endless battle and blade of despair with physical attack potion.
Other things I noticed is that she is still lagging on minion lane clearing compared to other meta marksmen resulting to easily neing killed by turret diving assassins on early game.

Extra Crit Chance: 40% >> 50%
Damage: 1.3 Times >> 1.2 Times
Crit damage limit removed.
New Effect: Enhanced Basic Attack deals 20% extra damage to minions and restores double the amount of energy.
[Skill 1] (↑)
Lesley gains double energy restoration in the Camouflage state.
As per this patch notes, her passive damage is reduced a little i.e 130% to 120%
But critical chance, energy restoration and damage to minions are increased
I guess she can spam skill 1 without worrying about energy and clear minion waves better in the advanced server
