Buff Sea Halberd:increase physical attack from 80 » 100.
Since sea halberd is somehow least popular item for physical type heroes since after the adjustment of the dominance ice a lot of fighter build it more in comparison of sea halberd, i think sea halberd needs a buff to physical attack, this will also be a great sub item for Blade of despair in late game since blade is so pricey. To balance this out increase the price from 2050 » 2250

Kinda agree . True that sea halberd is least propular and must have when enemy got alot regen, healing heroes. Whereas necklace of durance is quite popular. Support .

I looked into it, Sea Halberd gives 70 physical damage, I think buffing it to +85 physical damage and raise the price up from 2050 -> 2200 would be better compensation

True that Sea Halberd is least popular Since that this item were last equipment It's ok to be buff.

but it may be to OP and unbalanced item cause BOD will also increase it PA total 85+160 Maybe reduce 3s to 2s as the the adjustment

It's true that Sea Halberd needs a buff
But I think a buff where a replacement of the Attack Speed stat with HP is better in my eyes
The Attack Speed stat seems out of place, HP would be more versatile
Another good option would be removing its Attack Speed stat and increasing its Physical Attack stat
