[Other Bug Report] Purple Eva Skin not showing in Magic Chess

    So, I paid for the Purple Eva Skin via the Magic Chess Pass and although I can select and apply the skin, once the actual game starts, it is the same old green skin.  Here are some screen-shots.

First of all, I appreciate submitting the bug to us.
It really helps improving in-game features.
I will now forward this issue to the dev team. While waiting, I recommend submitting it to the in-game cs center as well.

Thank you to submit this bug.
Sometimes, this is only a display issue. When you buy a skin, sometime you must give the process more time because things will can on the verge of being resolved with a reboot of mlbb or just a quickly reboot of Magic Chess !
Your problem is solved or not ?

Ncup.Ajh - Please stop this nonsense.  I provided proof via screenshots.  That's all you need.  Having video and/or match ID doesn't help you or the developers AT ALL.  You moderators constantly asking for stuff that makes no sense, all you're doing is showing the community is that you don't care about the community or your job enough to even read or understand the issue being reported.

Esmera, thank you for being a great example of what a Moderator should act like and what the appropriate and professional level of Customer Service is supposed to be.  You said hello, acknowledged my issue, thanked me for it, and informed me that you will be forwarding it on to the dev team.  Excellent work.  Satisfied customer.  Thank you.  Your effort is much appreciatd.  

I'm shocked, however, that you are just a "Trainee", because you are performing at an exponentially higher level than your "Senior" Moderator Ncup.Ajh who really should be the Trainee, because apparently, he should be learning from you.

    Thank you for your professionalism as well.  You said hello, you thanked me for submitting the bug.  You acknowledged my report, you offered an explanation, you also offered some suggestions on how to resolve it, and then you asked me for feedback to see if that resolved the issue.  This is exactly how Customer Service is supposed to work.  Thank you for your excellent performance and professionalism.  Hopefully, others can learn from you in this regard.

    Unfortunately, a reboot of my phone and a relaunch of the game did not resolve the issue.  In fact, as the weekly skins available from the Magic Chess Pass have changed, I have confirmed that the problem persists with other weekly Magic Chess Pass skins as well.  Here you can see that I selected Harper this time, and chose his weekly Magic Chess Pass "Harper O'Lantern" skin, but as soon as the matchmaking screen has passed and the loading screen comes up, you can see that it has resorted to the default "Commander Harper" skin instead.  Then, when you have the selection screen, you can see that only Commander Harper is showing.  When the game starts, it's the same Commander Harper.  

    So, it seems that all of the weekly Magic Chess Pass skins are not functioning properly.  Hopefully, you can test and confirm this on your end with your development tools.
