Purple Eva Skin not showing in Magic Chess

Yuxina...I'm sorry, I know you are just doing your job, but I have already provided a screen attached to my very first post, showing that I picked Purple Eva costume.  The same way I showed a screenshot of picking Harper O'Lantern.  As soon as it goes to the next loading screen, it shows the default picture (Green Eva / Commander Harper), and when the game starts, it's just the normal skin, which I provided the screenshots for already.

It's sort of ridiculous that the developer would ask for this.  I don't have video proof nor do I have the ability to take video proof and even if I did, it's an absurd request.  I'm doing them a favor by spending all the time and energy I have trying to let them know about a problem with THEIR product.  No one is paying me to do this, so if they don't want to believe me, I don't care, I'm not putting any more time or effort into reporting it than I already have.  I've done more than enough already.  Tell them to figure it out themselves.  I'm done with this.  Thank you.

Oh and just to explain it so the developers can understand how and why this might be important for them to fix:  

Because of this issue, I am never going to spend money on a Magic Chess Pass ever again if even some of the rewards that I pay for aren't working and I have confirmed that this is happening on 2 other accounts, also using iPhones with the same versions of IOS and the same version of the game.   

So again, I really don't care if they choose not to fix the problem, but the company will be losing out on potential profits because of them.
