Credit Score being unfairly being deducted and bad matching.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to find out if the game customer service appeal  page works? I recently had 7 credits score deducted for allegedly feeding during a game when we had one of our teammate go APK and my team weren't helpful at all.

I previously sent an appeal request because i live in South Africa and we were loadshadding and got disconnected during 3 games due to power but haven't received even a reply saying the received the appeal.

I cant even play the game anymore cause of bad matching and of that i'm having my points being deducted. I just started playing the game in late September.

Appeal do work, is just do you deserve it or not. That's up to the CS to decide, and their judgement on your action will be accountable or not.

Actually, I found myself in the same situation not long ago...being reported for AFK by 2 "pro" duo premades ("pro" odette + johnson) who I believe both reported me...so I got deducted some credit points because of it. I'm NEVER afk, no matter what happens..so of course I was really upset about it but I just let it go..didn't think to contact CS for it. Report system still needs some massive improvements, we all know it.

I was afk reported long time ago. But i am do nothing more than 60 seconds, because it was 30 minute and respawn time was more than 60 sec. And system was decide it as afk.

Matchmaking is not that bad. Previously players used to complain about 5 losing streak, 10 losing streak etc

I think it is reduced a lot these days.

I recommend not to go AFK or avoid it as much as possible because punishment is sure for AFK and appeal may not help AFK players.

We should avoid being slain You had beware of ambush by using the hero that can spote whether the enemy there or not like Lesley, Nana or Selena If you had been death, out of your intentions you could consider it as unlucky but overall I play event if I death 10 times they not report me as feeding This environment was little bit healthy
