7 days for nothing? Man, for nothing its can be 2-3 hourse. If you will be for 7 days, its some rasism words or you are blame teammetes really hard and was reported many many times.

I am also report guys, who told like - "ease", "kids", "fools". Because its also toxicity.
Are you sure you didn't have any past offenses? Remember, you don't usually get punished right after your offense. You probably had an offence before that didn't punish you until you get another report recently.
You can try and check your credit score history, there, you can find out what you got reported for. Some words are offensive in other language, and moontoon can't control it sometimes because language is vast. So you're probably said something like that, who knows. But just check your credit score history.
I tried sending email to that address but I got notif back saying that email is only for hacked account and for player who got stuck in the loading screen.
