Lahn has a beautiful voice that inspires everyone. Every time Lahn casts a skill, all allied heroes within her vision including herself will be granted a Sweet Melody Mark. Allies with this mark gain +10% Magic PEN, +10% Physical PEN, and gains 15% extra Movement Speed. This does not stack up and the mark lasts for 4s.

1st Skill: Voice Orb

Lahn sings out 2 Voice Orbs towards the 2 nearest enemies prioritizing enemy heroes, dealing 200 (+150% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and slows them by 20% for 3s.

2nd Skill: Scholarly Falsetto
[AOE][CROWD CONTROL]
(Cooldown: 7/7/6/6/5)
(Damage: 250/275/300/325/350/375)
Lahn performs a pleasant Falsetto in a fan-shaped area dealing 250 (+120% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage, knocks back enemies and slows them by 30% for 3s.

3rd Skill Ultimate: Eruditio's Anthem
[BLINK][AOE]
(Cooldown: 33/30/27)
(Damage: 250/275/300)
Lahn leaps to a designated area and begins singing still with all her might dealing 250 (+100% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage within the area every 0.5s for 2s and slows them for 40% for 1.5s.

Lahn is immune to all Crowd Control Effects while casting the skill.

  - From a city-state along the Emerald Road.
  - Moved to Eruditio to learn magic.
  - Learned to incorporate magic into her voice.

I think you should have written "Moniyan" instead of "Eriditio".
Because technology is very advanced in eriditio. But making magical music is natural in Moniyan empire.

Yeah, that could be great as well. Like I said previously her lore could be changed to what's best fitting. I just did a simple basis for it! Thanks!
