No idea when it will be available but I honestly don't like it. No because of how it looks but because it's a Special skin. Again. Sheesh. As Lolita user, i'm really looking forward to see a cool Epic skin for her, something awesome with cool effects. Not a special skin.

No argument there, it's 'cute' but still just a special skin..And she has a lot of skins that are too..common idk. What we wait for is an epic skin..something cool, with awesome effects...
