Sudden high ping, error message and game crashes repeated more times

In the afternoon (European time) of 2/12/2021, I used Valir for the 1st time after buying in classic solo queue and it happened the following things:

1) suddenly, ping increased significantly, it appeared an error message, I pressed it and the game crashed;

2) I re logged into the game and I noticed that other heroes were next to the bases and with behaviors similar to those with A.I.;

3) step 1 and step 2 repeated more times.

Moreover, all my kills and all my items bought after the 1st crash weren't counted and my team was defeated (I played with 4 elite teammates for some strange reason, considering that I'm at grand master 1 and I played my last rank match in late September of this year).

Finally, due to all those crashes, I didn't get the replay of that match (the only good news of that match is that the credit score remained at 110).

Sorry for the inconvenience with this trouble Lately there has some bug in Europe server after the next update it will be solve But I will get my team to check it if it was another matter

In addition can you give me your server id and screenshot the result of this game.

In my Iphone 7 (it's >4,5 years old), the home button stopped working fine almost a year ago: it's still able to recognize my fingerprints, but I'm no longer able to close apps and to make screenshots.
