[Payment-Contact Customer Service] Cannot claim 3 Galactic Tickets in Star Wars Event - Spend 500 Diamonds in total

Greetings, and Merry Christmas.

I already sent a report in the Customer Service but got no reply. This issue is urgent because the event is up only for another couple of days.

My concern is regarding the Star Wars event, specifically on the event task "Spend 500 Diamonds in total" under the Galactic Tickets event.



So I spent 250 diamonds in the Star Wars event by clicking the "1x" spin three times, wherein the first spin costs 50 diamonds (as it has 50% discount), and the second and third spins at 100 diamonds each. The total is 250 diamonds. Hence, the event task recorded my purchase at "250/500."


Then, I purchased Karrie's latest elite skin at 100 diamonds, and also gifted three of my friends the Phylax's new basic skin (which is 51 diamonds x 3 = 153 diamonds). Hence, I spent an additional 253 diamonds.


The total diamonds I spent amount to 503 diamonds already. That being said, I am already eligible to get the 3 Galactic Tickets since I fulfilled the requirement in the event task "Spend 500 diamonds in total." However, I did not receive the same. That is why I am demanding that you give the tickets. As you can see in the image below, it is still "250/500" when in fact it should have been fulfilled already.





In comparison, please refer to the image below. I have obtained the Astroshards reward for fulfilling the event task "Spend 500 diamonds in total" in the concurring Star Wars event. It is a proof that I have fulfilled spending 500 diamonds yesterday for the tasks. If my purchases added up in the Astroshards event, then the same should apply in the Galactic tickets event, especially when the event tasks have the same caption as "Spend 500 diamonds in total."





Few hours after my purchase of Karrie's skin and gifting friends, I bought Phylax's skin for myself which costs 31 diamonds (because I have a 20-diamond discount card). I then saw that the original 250/500 in the event task became "281/500." It only means that the event task covers purchases outside the Star Wars event, unlike the other tasks that specify that the purchase shall be done within the Star Wars event (e.g. task of "Spend 250 diamonds in the MLBB x Star Wars event").



The ultimate objective of this message is for me to obtain the 3 galactic tickets, to which I am entitled to.


Please refer to the screenshots for your guidance. I urge you to respond immediately as the event will expire in a couple of days. Thank you.

Hi there, sorry for misunderstanding about this.
For sure this is not the bug cause you're clearly purchase outside of the item that been sale in shop for the first season purchase skin and gifting are not counting in spending diamond. However it increases when you purchase in shop such as Edith new skin. Moonton also clearly said in his policy that they will not redo your account cause it was unfair to others players, so for the solution ;-

There is only the way you have to spend your diamond in shop my suggestion you should buy emote it not pricey and miracle will come if you used it in real match especially Ranked.

Hello there and Im sorry you had to go through this.
Has Customer Service replied to you? They will be the best bet as they can check all your account activity etc.
It's a little confusing here as your shard event was completed but not your token event. I just tried it and it worked for me. Nonetheless, please do get back if CS hasn't responded to you and we could push your issue for further investigations.
In the meantime, please do send your:
User ID
Server ID
Game Version
Device

Hello Aldric, how's it going?

Yes, they did reply, and informed me that "this is a known bug, we have reported it to the devs, and devs explained that now all diamond consumption will be counted. If there is a task reward that should not be received, we will arrange to reissue it next week, please don't worry."

The CS replied to me and said that my concern was a "known bug." So I'm not sure about your statement that "this is not the bug". I also don't understand why my concern will cause unfairness to others. Nevertheless, no worries. Cheers.
