I agree there is this bug. I just played an AI match with Akai and faced it. It occurs more often then normal.

To find which device you use ;-
1. Click on your profile and click on the account tabs
2. Click on the Account Center tabs on the very right and middle of your screen.
3. After that, click on the Login History tabs
4. This screen will pop up and fill the information beside green icon or the first in tab.
