[Hero Balance] Alice Revamp Suggestion

Why Alice needs a revamp: The dev attempted to increase her sustainability in her previous revamp but they actually turned her into a squishy hero. Her role is "mage/tank" but she can't tank for the team or deal enough damage as a mage. A lot of alice player including consider the revamp a big nerf.
Alice Revamp

Passive: A blood orb is generated whenever a minion, an enemy champion, or creep dies around Alice. The orbs can be absorbed by her, increasing her Max HP by 10 permanently. After absorbing 12/25/40/60 blood orbs, she will permanently gain additional 10% CD Reduction + a nonultimate skill upgrade/15% HP regeneration effects/ a skill upgrade/40 movement speed

Skill 1
CD: 6.0
Alice casts a Blood Stream in the designated direction, dealing 400 (+90%Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damge to enemies.
Use this skill again to immediately teleport to the stream's location.

Can be upgraded at 12 or 25 blood orb stacks to:
Deal 400(+180%Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damage to enemies
90 mana cost at all lvl and dealing 400 (+90%Total Magic Power) points of Magic Damge to enemies while restoring  4% of Maximun HP (+20%Total Magic Power) and 50+5% of Maximum Mana upon casting this skill

Skill 2
CD: 10.0 all lvl
Alice deals 290(+60%Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for 0.8s. Enemies will be slowed by 70% for 1.2s after the immobilization ends.

Option 1
CD: 30s at all lvl
Alice enters the blood-draining state for 4s, dealing 160(+70%Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies every 0.4s while restoring 80(+30% Total Magic Power) HP for herseft. If the target is non-hero, she restores 50% of HP.

Option 2
Alice enters the blood-draining state, every 0.7s consuming 50 Mana, dealing 120(+50%Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies while restoring 60(+20% Total Magic Power) HP for herseft. Each enemy around alice increase this skill restoration by 10% up to 50%. If the target is non-hero, she restores 50% of HP.

I think this is make alice all rounded and balance.

I really love how you organised this post, the skills and descriptions.
May I ask, why do you think this will make Alice balanced? Seems to me that it will make her a bit powerful~ which she already is imo

A lot of Alice players don't like the current Alice, she is way squishier than before, can't be used as a team tank, and does deal enough damage with full magic build.
My suggestion:
The Magic damage path will be similar to the old Alice except, lower 2nd skill immobilization and higher skill 1 and 2 CD. her ult will have a little more burst as it will last 4s dealing dmg every 0.4s instead of lasting 5s and dealing dmg every 0.5s
The tank path is similar to current Alice except for lower magic dmg scale, lower CC on second skill but can stun not immobilize, smaller 2nd skill AOE, not mana build dependent as 1st skill recover mana and hp, and finally slower hp regen on ult as it will drain every 0.7s instead of 0.5, but the regen is increased when she around multiple enemies.
Her passive will also allow her to roam as a tank (she can collect orbs for creeps).
Her counters:
Anti health regen, Burst dmg, high mobility heroes, and Movement speed reduction for any path.
Dmg Alice: Saber, Martis, Harley, Lancelot, Baxia, Aldous, Valentina, Argus, Chang'e, Hayabusa, Diggie, Valir, and Yve
Tank Alice: Karrie, Rafaela, Diggie, estesAngela, Valir, Lou Yi, Wanwan, Balmond, Gatotkaca.
She can still be counter by a lot of heroes; I think this revamp will make her balance and more popular while increasing her utility.

Alice is a pretty late game tank/mage who does annoying damage and can tank a lot when you get her stacks up. Her Winter trruncheon can come in clutch which I hate x.x

But I don't believe her first skill is balanced for such low stacks and she gains enormous amount of damage.
I suggest lowering down her magic scaling to 140% and increase the stacks to 50-75.
her second skill is more agreeable
And I think her ult rn is pretty good considering she getting blue buff late game and with winter truncheon.

For my server she are unpopular hero. But i thought he is balanced. Or maybe even too strong hero already.

Actually, she are deal good damage and have good sustainability, when i face her.

Need to ask asia server. They was thought she is OP after last rewamp.

Her sustain was op at her FİRST revamp. The second and the last revamp sure killed her sustain but made her more versitale. At the moment she regens more HP than lifesteal with her ultimate, an esmeralda like build should do the trick for her but the game is not all NUMBERS and MATH. She's a frontliner mage and needs both defense and offense. Lifesteal is always based on the heroes damage but HP regen on her ultimate is limited.

I think they need to increase her lifesteal big time so we can build hybrid damage/tank.(Without extra magic lifesteal iteams).
