Accounts in danger

Hi,

I have a message which I attach as a picture here.

I get message in advance server when try to use the vanguard to recharge, that my account in danger and have to contact customer service, i try to contact them but i only get automatic replys with no solution.

what can I do to solve this?

This usually happens if you played your account from another device or on a new device or relogged it in again after a while. Just play Ranked Matches and you should be fine. Make sure to secure your account as well in any case.

you need to play 5-10 ranked games, then try again to recharge

I just played 1 ranked match and after that i was able to recharge
