default item war exe after nerf not even suite for him change it to meleic roar to boost penetrated
after couple of game of yin. his ulti quite useless coz the room is so big that we can play cat and mouse . i dont mind the room is big but exchange it advantage to yin such as slow enemy like 60% at lease his skill 1 not wasted or give yin move speed increase . yeah any way the room way to big
I think Yin is on the verge of being off balance, is almost there, but is still an OP hero. I think all he need was his CC nerf, minus like .2s off and he should still function finely.
