App Isn't Responding Causing AFK

Hi there,
In my recent gameplay, I was stucked in the loading page and couldn't enter the game. I kept on trying several time but it wouldn't allow me and the system found me being afk. It was so unfair that I attempted so many times but the game wouldn't let me in. Twice I met this situations and lost 32 credit score. Please address this issue.

Please try the following basic troubleshooting:

1. Restart your game and device
2. Clear your game cache
3. Force stop the game
4. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version from the play store/app store
5. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (you may try switching from wifi to mobile data or vice versa when logging in)
6. Turn airplane mode on/off when logging in
7. As a last resort, please reinstall the game

Secondly, Please follow the Bug Report Guide and list the following:
1. Your in-game ID & Server number
2. Game Client Version
3. Device Model & O.S Version
4. Valid proof of the Bug
5. Date & Time when the bug occurred
6. Bug explanation
7. Battle ID
