The immobilization effect from Xavier's Passive didn't work well
with his other skills, so we're removing the effect while
optimizing his other powers.
[Passive] (↓)
No longer slows and immobilizes nearby enemies.
Optimized how the skill cooldowns are calculated at the end of the
Transcendence state. (Buff)
[Skill 2] (↑)
New Effect: The expansion also deals damage (twice the amount of
the initial damage)
Base width increased, width in the Transcendence state reduced.
Channelling time slightly increased.
[Ultimate] (↑)
Cooldown Reduction In Transcendence State: 4s >> 8s
[Melissa] (↑)
We're fine-tuning the previous adjustments as we believe we're on
the right track.

Fixed an issue where the Attack Speed increased was different than
stated.

New Effect: When Muddles is bound to an enemy, the button below
the Basic Attack button will change, during which you can tap the
button to attack Muddles when it's in the attack range, dealing
half the damage to the bound enemy.
(This is an advanced feature that is only recommended when there
are no other enemies within Melissa's basic attack range)

Optimized the recommended builds and emblems to give Melissa
higher Physical Lifesteal for early-game fights.
[Beatrix] (↓)
We believe that nerfing Beatrix's early game performance while
slightly buffing the late game was the right move. In this patch,
we're slightly lowering Renner's damage in the late game.

Renner: 360%-570% Physical Attack (+15% Per Level) >> 360%-535%
Physical Attack (+12.5% Per Level)

Renner: 125 + 500% At All Levels >> 360%-570% Physical Attack

Bennett: 70 + 280% At All Levels >> 180-320% Physical Attack (+10%
Per Level)
Wesker: 75 + 150% Physical Attack At All Levels >> 125%-195%
Physical Attack (+5% Per Level)
Nibiru: 65% Physical Attack At All Levels >> 50%-67.5% Physical
Attack (+1.25% Per Level)
[Diggie] (↑)
We're slightly upping Diggie's durability and early game damage
and lowering his stack loss upon death.
