Yea, Argus can no longer save himself from suppression anymore. He's already squishy, the only thing that save himself from dying is his ult. But now he cannot do it under suppression, which can make him easy target for burst heroes. I don't know why they decide to buff Suppression to such a level, but it is what it is.
All you can do now is predict their skills and ult before they suppress you and hope that you can counter them/run away when suppression is done.
I have no idea either, they also remove Tower dmg reduction from Natalia second skill without me knowing also. They put in these secret nerf without informing us, I do not know why though.

it's not a bug, indeed argus can't be immune against the suppression effect..
I admit that sometimes minor changes (buff/nerf) are not informed to us even through the patch notes
but you can still go to our suggestions section and create a suggestion thread if you feel that its not suitable for the current argus
