If you submit a bug report with enough proofs and required details, they might fix it

this update was awhile ago, they didn't do it in secret, it was informed in the patch notes.

No this was recent.

Before you could Ultimate during a suppression - it wouldn't clear it like other CC, but it would at least keep you alive during an assault.

Now if you get hit by suppression (Which is pretty common considering he is a melee based fighter) you're basically dead, or hope luck is on your side and don't get killed so you can pop ult to fight back. The latter almost never happens though lol.
