Meanwhile, while Cecilion users should stack up fast in early games. Low stacks are understandable if the Cecilion user is supporting or roaming because it stagnates their stacks. There's more to Cecilion than stacking up and doing burst damage in early games. His kit + second skill is one op in roaming/supporting for me. But ya, should somehow still stack up...
