Auto Restart during Draft pick

Recently I've encountered auto restarting issue during draft pick (banning/picking) and while loading.
I've done clearing cache, re-installing still no luck.

Hello and thanks for reporting this issue.
One of my colleague will collect and report it. As Cloud said, you could in the meantime try a few apps that monitor your CPU, RAM, GPU usage to make sure there is no minor issues or such. It can always come in handy especially in times where you might ecounter lag or fps drops.

currently had 173.6 GB of storage, 7 gb ram available. I have the habit of optimizing before each play to make sure a smooth game. it's my first time experiencing this.

p/s: only when successfully loaded into map then it went smoothly without auto restarting.

Okay this is weird indeed. Your device and OS clearly can support the game.

it's happens only on hero pick / banning stage and while loading to map. once successful loaded it run smoothly.

always running on the lowest graphic (smooth) settings even i know this device capable of running high

How if you try to reset all the data and download it again... I had the experience before the issue you had faced, all I do was uninstall the game and download it again... But I can't 100% guarantee that will works on your phone since out phone types and spec were different...

that's what i thought too unfortunately no luck tho

I'm able to log into lobby with no issues

the auto reset only happens on draft picking / banning and while loading into maps but once successfully loaded into game it went smoothly.
