Just wanna ask a questions...
Is it possible for they'll change skin tier that they wanna released it, like from "Special" skin (before release) changed to something high tier skin like "Epic" or even above like "Collector"?

It is possible until it is officially announced. Usually happens for leaks and such.

I think there will be a chance if the skin is getting a revamped. Like Christmas skin and such, their tier increases to limited of time skin tier instead of buyable with diamonds.
