This kind of behavior needs serious punishment

This guy granger become friendly with the enemy team and did not participate in any gameplay. He was being toxic as well as irritating. all time he was standing with the enemy and doing spam recall

We are aware that the current punishment system is not optimal and I know you may have heard this a lot but the developers are still working to provide a fair game environment and improvements to the punishing system.
I cannot promise you that this will be anytime soon but what I can inform you is that your voice is heard along side many others regarding the punishment system.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I can understand how frustrating it could be when one player in the team trolls and spoils the game for others.

Did you report them through the report option available after the game and the player is not punished?
His k/d/a is 0/3/0 as per screenshot so there is a great chance of him getting punished.

Yep and it was a classic match and i was trying to improve my win rate but no luck. I don't know how i missed this picture

yeah, i doubt there will be any punishment for these kinds of things, the report system detects only very specific things, even feeding cant be detected at times, all you can do is hold onto that frustration, channel the anger into a desire of being better than the other players and turn off your chat completely

That's strange if I score 0/3/0, the report system punishes me

It is clear his stats are much lower than others so I wonder how he escaped punishment system.
