Hello team moonton, I didn't do anything in the game and this is even the first time I've been banned, and I was accused of using a radar map hack, even though I didn't do that, it's very unfair you can check my data, I never  committed a violation at all, but this time I was accused of using a radar map hack, and was banned for up to 31 years, without any evidence, please return my account back, always support mobile legends just because I play with my teammates who use the radar map  why do i have to be punished too and without any warning, please return my account, i want to go back to playing mobile legend, i have never done anything wrong so far


I really really love to play this game but now i cant play and feel so sad.

I hope you can kindly think about my situation and unban my account.

Maybe your map awareness is just too good and accused of map hack when your teammates have it

Try contacting in-game customer service on a different account(delete ML and reinstall it) and file an Appeal or shoot an email to mobilelegendsgame@moonton.com for customer service desk help and may possible to get your account back. But I cannot say is 100% guarantee.

if you were banned, im sure the devs looked into your account, a lot of folks come round here, claimin they aint do nun, but get proven wrong with evidence

Wait... Is this your real friend or some random player from matchmaking who used the map hack? If from random matchmaking, it is impossible you get banned. But if this your real freind, it is fair that you get banned bexause you get benefit from it. There are so many players making a post saying apologizing and regret to get banned in here, turn out they are the cheater and should be banned.

  it's a shame you were affected by the cheat behavior by your friend, not really sure if it was your friend or yourself who did it. any cheating actions will get banned and even if it's really your friend who did it but you play with him/her which of course has advantages for you as well as a teammate
