Game Crash / Freezing after update

Dear Mod,

I
I have encountered numerous game crashing, freezing and even lagginess during game play even since updating the patch. Tried reinstalling, clearing caches does not work at all. i am using a note20 samsung, tried log in my account using another phone and the problem still persist.

Please advise.

from what i know the latest patch affects all android 12 users. wait for moonton to fix it.

Also, try to install the game from the alternative store channel such as Galaxy Store.
There is a loading issue in the Play Store channel.

The dev team is aware of this issue and it's likely to be fixed in the next version of patch.

btw is this only occur on samsung note 10+? my friend using samsung note 9 was fine

Currently this issue occurs on certain samsung models but the forum team doesn't have relevant data for now.
