Apologies that you have been facing this issues since the new update.
Generally, It's caused by the heavier updates of the game, file corruption, unfinished resources, or continous switching of applicatoins.
Kindly follow these basic troubleshooting steps that might resolve the issue:
- Clear your in-game cache
- Try lowering your graphic settings
- Make sure there is enough storage on your device
- Make sure your game is updated to the latest version
- Restart your device/internet connection
- Switch to Mobile Data if you are using a Wi-Fi connection or vice versa
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Make sure your device is not overheating or make sure you are not playing and charging at the same time
- Make sure that there are no background applications active when in-game
- Reinstall the application
If the issue still persists, please head to the in-game Customer Service, then tap:
Internet and Device Performance > Click here to fill in the form
Then, fill out the form with the necessary information of your report and submit it.
Upon submitting the completed form, kindly allow the Customer Service 1-10 business days to have a response.
Finally, please do also send us your ID, IGN and Server. Alongside that, fill more details on your Device Model number, Android Version number and do also make sure that you phone is updated to the newest version.
