How moonton solve matchmaking problem

You know moonton cant fix matchmaking problem since 5 year.

May be developers math not enough , may be they are bad developer , may be they dont care

But matchmaking is always mlbb biggest problem.
I never see any game has a matchmaking problem as mlbb ( i play many pc games and mobile games )

I think mlbb developers skills not enough for fix it.They should employ foreign developers for this issue.

Nobody wants win win win.We also want lose but FAIR LOSE. Not like 40-5 , 35-6 , 50-11

There is no contentious match in mlbb. You win easy or you lose easy.

I know mlbb losing too much player even they will close many server because of losing players.

Moonton should employ succesful foreign developers asap or mlbb will have to close many server in future if continoue same policy.

Dear moonton i know tou even dont read anything in this forum but i advice you fix your core problems ( matchmaking , bad community i mean feed and troll players ) instead of make events about " invite old player and get gift "

We invite old players who left game but they reject and they say " this game is useless no fair matchmaking , there is no punishment for troll feed players etc.. "

Pls take care my this topic.Because i did warn you before 1.5 year you didnt care. And now you lost almost %50 player in game. Now i warn you again , fix this matchmaking employ some good developers.Clear this game from feed , troll players.Each 1 troll player causes 100 normal player quit game.YES IT IS TRUE. 1 TROLL FEED PLAYER CAUSES AT LEAST 100 PLAYER QUIT MLBB

There still no any punishment for troll , feed players in costumer service.
For example there is punishment for toxic players in costumer service.They mute 1 week toxic players.But there is no punishment for troll , feed player.


I think troll and feed players are biggest problem than matchmaking.You may be cant fix matchmaking but you can have solution for troll, feed players.

I am solo player and each 3/2 game i have troll and feed player in rank matches.Players make conflict at lobby and they troll.

What is your experiences guys ? Am i right ? Dont you meet many troll player in game ?

These troll and feed players know there is no punishment and feed easly. They take courage from " no punishment system "

Truthfully enough, there is indeed a problem in matchmaking since then but then again, although there were actual updates regarding matchmaking algorithms, punishment system and report system. We can't really prevent the inevitable. There will always be trollers, at one point, 1 will troll the first time after some series of good gameplay, 1 will have bad connections/day and such, 1 will flame/curse a teammate and continue doing it so without giving them second chances.

Ideally, the best way is to actually improve the punishment/report system further which is being done overtime. Because in matchmaking, lots of algorithms are already taking into account. It's just that, there will always be toxicity in every game we will play.

Additionally, they do try to reach out other regions, if I recall. There are obviously smaller communities in other regions because either the lack of awareness or it's just other regions have different preferences, weren't there actual tournaments or official tournaments being held outside SEA region lately?

Lastly and apparently, there have been lots of MOBA games that tried to compete over these past few years and I do think Marvel and other superhero-related games have tried. Though, I'm not trying to brag or anything, rather it should be a wake up call or a calling that MLBB should indeed appreciate the support of the many. It's just that, though they're trying, ultimately we will never arrive at a point where there will be 0 toxicity, there will always be one. Let's just wait for further changes in the punishment/reporting/matchmaking system and see what happen's next.

They don't care, that's why they never do anything about core problems in game.
They can close all servers and left only SEA and they will have profit of millions dollars per month.

The only thing they care is SEA server and their players. They are giving them unique skins, they support their trolling, they only favour game in Asia, they don't care for anyone else outside SEA.
Btw, more than 70% of trolls come from Asia. You can cry about this Asians, but that's a fact.
Have you ever asked yourself why MLBB never had strong marketing campaign in Europe, North and South America, Africa?

We will see how many year mlbb will survive.

New MOBA game should release.But not PC games on mobile like as LOL. For example dota in mobile no... Mobile players wait new and good moba game.

I think if marvel release a moba game , mlbb will finish.

We will see what ll happen in 2023

They can open " report feed and troll players " in costumer service.
There is a button in cs about report but it doesnt work.We report but nothing happen

They can punish toxic players in cs if you prove it with ss. But why dont do it for feed and troll players ? We can prove with videos and ss and they can make clean community ? Tell me why moonton punish toxic players in cs but doesnt punish feed and troll players

An idea I actually have in mind is actually having an actual moderator in the game where they can review reports done by player but would be a tiring job but somehow something that can remediate the issue.

MLBB is dead and they know it. So they're not gonna make an effort to fix anything anymore. They'll most likely let it die a natural death.

The matchmaking has been a problem for years!  People here keep making up so many excuses, but won't acknowledge that it's a problem.

Now that the game is dying because people are disappointed, they won't put any more money into fixing anything.
