Moonton got sued again :o

Oh, i forgot for my introduction, i DennisST, former mods here, forget about my signature, i didn't change it because it looks cool, and i see my template on News section being used -_- .

The recent news shocking everyone in gaming forum to see that "That" company started to sue Moonton again for plagiarism/infringement.

In that website, there is a document provided by "That" company what Moonton copying from their games and i think im 100% agree with "That" company since the similarity is 95%.


- Really, why must all of costume, why must exactly same like as on "That" game ? If Moonton really wanted to copy it, they can do collaboration, or if they don't want, choose other design, it's not like Baxia true identity is Barista(?).

The above is just one of "That" company proof, there is more than this.
What do you guys think about this ? :(

I clicked the link and went through a lot of things. Some things really do look copied. And there are all the details about them. Let's not forget that all of them are the drawings we see in official surveys before made skins by Montoon developers. And most of them are drawn by Montoon designers, aren't they? There are the 2 skins designs ,whick drawing by normal hobbyist artists, regarding to Natalia and Granger that were accepted. Shown what inspired Granger's design. It wasn't a copy of anything. There were only inspirational images of perfect gothic theme for Granger.
I think there should be a skin design contest every 2 months. I have made 4 designs and countless suggestions so far. I have not received any feedback on any of them. The only thing that I know only "ABYSS" squad name of my projects were accepted by developers. The developers broke some things instead of fixing them. Corrupting in-game cs with useless bot, adding "hide match story" section (so hided the guilt of hackers) , not to care incompleted voicelines of VENOM skins and etc.
Who cares if I even design a legend skin for Yi Sun-Shin. I will still do it.
At least I love all the heroes of this game (except Sun and Thamuz) and some of their skins. If I only make content for entertainment purposes, I won't be wasting my time.

skin design contest sound nice. but will the winner whose concept got implemented need to buy his own design in-game?

Yes they copy everything from this MOBA game but they only cant copy this MOBA game matchmaking :D

And you see how matchmaking bad in mlbb because they couldnt copy :D

Talking about this issue, I have read some comment in instagram about it. Mostly, maybe 95% Indonesian players are defending Moonton at all cost. Those fanatic players blindly said that there is nothing wrong with what Moonton have done. Even all of them accusing Riot in this case. Im as indonesian feeling so ashamed. I mean, I dont defend both side but, are they acting hypocrite or they are really that stupid?

Agree, the most reasonable for me is because they are regular player who playing everyday and spend some money in the game.
Trying to explaining them is hard, because there is also language barrier.
