[Patch Note] Patch Notes - V.1.6.84 [Official Server]

In this patch, we're optimizing Thamuz, Irithel, and some of the other less popular heroes to help them stage a more dazzling performance on the battlefield. We're also rolling out a series of balance adjustments based on the recent MPL statistics in different regions. We hope you all have a great time in this new version!

[New Hero: Scarlet Raven - Julian]
Hero Feature: A fighter/mage with a variety of skill combinations but no Ultimate.
With the arrival of the last member of the Forsaken Light quad, the gallery for the four heroes has also unlocked. A permanent avatar border is granted once you collect Yin, Melissa, Xavier, and Julian.
[Passive - Smith's Legacy]
After casting two different skills, Julian enhances his third skill. He can upgrade each of his skills to Lv.5.

[Skill 1 - Scythe]
Julian hurls a flying scythe in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies along the way and slowing them.

[Skill 1 - Enhanced Scythe]
Julian hurls enhanced scythes in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies along the way and slowing them. Upon hitting a non-minion enemy, the scythes will continue to fly at a lower speed, dealing continuous damage to nearby enemies.

[Skill 2 - Sword]
Julian summons a flying sword and dashes in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies along the way.

[Skill 2 - Enhanced Sword]
Julian summons a large number of flying swords and dashes in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies along the way. Julian will briefly disappear and become invincible. After a short delay, he'll reappear at the farthest end.

[Skill 3 - Chain]
Julian casts chains at the target location, dealing damage to enemies hit after a short delay and immobilizing them.

[Skill 3 - Enhanced Chain]
Julian casts chains at the target location, dealing continuous damage to enemies in the area and slowing them. Enemies that are still in the area at the end of the skill duration will take extra damage and be knocked airborne.

Heroes with major adjustments in this patch include: Irithel, Thamuz, Akai, Floryn, and Kimmy.
The following uses (↑) (↓) (~) to indicate Buff, Nerf, and Adjustment.

[Irithel] (↑)
Irithel's bolts will pack an extra punch with her new Passive, allowing her to deal serious damage even when her Ultimate is down.

[Passive] (↑)
Number of Bolts on Each Basic Attack: 3 >> 2
Bolt's Damage: 35% Physical Attack >> 55% Physical Attack
Irithel's skills no longer cost Mana. She accumulates energy while moving and will shoot an extra bolt on her next Basic Attack when her energy is full.

[Skill 1] (↓)
Damage: 450-650 + 60% Physical Attack >> 330-530 + 60% Physical Attack

[Ultimate] (~)
New Effect: When the Ultimate is active, the preparation time of the extra bolt from her Passive is significantly shortened.
Lowered the damage of the enhanced bolts so Irithel's overall damage during her Ultimate is basically unchanged: 180 + 85%-105% Physical Attack >> 120 + 60%-80% Physical Attack

[Thamuz] (↑)
To keep Thamuz from fizzling out in the new meta, we're stoking his fire with enhanced Basic Attacks and a buffed Ultimate.

[Passive] (↑)
New Effect: When Thamuz is holding his Scythes, his Basic Attack has a chance to conjure a burst of Lava Energy beneath the target.
Eruption Delay: 2s >> 0.7s
Thamuz's attacks no longer apply Scorch to enemies hit.

[Skill 1] (↑)
New Effect: Thamuz can cast the skill again to retrieve the Scythes.
The Scythes no longer stop upon hitting minions

[Ultimate] (~)
Attack Speed Boost: 1.22-1.44 Times >> 1.3-1.6 Times
New Effect: Thamuz gains 500-1500 extra Max HP for the duration and recovers the same amount of HP.
On-Hit HP Regen: 2%-3% Max HP >> 1.5%-2.5% Max HP
Slightly reduced the Ultimate's area of effect to align it with the visual effects.

Recommend builds optimized.

[Akai] (↑)
We're optimizing Aka's skill casting experience to make it easier for him to launch his entire combo, but also slightly lowering his damage in the early game.

[Passive] (↓)
Damage: 50 + 5% Max HP >> 25 + 5% Max HP
Shield: 50 + 5% Max HP >> 25 + 5% Max HP

[Skill 1] (↑)
Casting distance slightly increased.
Casting time slightly reduced.
Speed of the extra roll after hitting an enemy slightly increased.

[Skill 2] (↑)
Casting time slightly reduced.
Backswing slightly reduced.

[Ultimate] (~)
Cooldown: 40-32s >> 45-37s
Casting time slightly reduced.
Now the skill can only be interrupted by suppression and morph effects.

[Floryn] (↑)
Hoping to see more battlefields blessed with her presence, we're helping Floryn come into full bloom with an all-around boost on her damage and HP regen.

[Skill 1] (↑)
Damage's Magic Power Bonus: 150% >> 180%

[Ultimate] (↑)
HP Regen's Magic Power Bonus: 40% >> 70%

[Kimmy] (↑)
Kimmy's getting some extra help transforming energy with a new, optimized casting experience that allows her to seamlessly transition between her two attack modes.

[Skill 1] (~)
Now you can hold the Skill 1 button to continuously shoot Chemical Bolts in the target direction and release the button to stop the attack.
When Kimmy's energy runs out, her Basic Attack will revert to normal Spray Gun attacks. You need to accumulate energy and release and hold the button again to shoot Chemical Bolts.

[Nana] (↑)
We're infusing more power into Nana's boomerang to help her hold her ground in the mid lane.

[Skill 1] (↑)
Damage: 220-345 + 110% Magic Power >> 245-370 + 120% Magic Power

[Diggie] (~)

[Passive] (↓)
Fixed an issue where dead Diggie could trigger the effects of Cursed Helmet and Battle Spells.

[Ultimate] (↑)
Base Shield: 600-900 >> 650-1000

[Pharsa] (↑)
We expect to see Pharsa's sustained damage soar into new highs as we enhance her Spiritual Unity with Verri.

[Passive] (↑)
Cooldown: 10s >> 8s

[Cecilion] (↓)
Cecilion's been overshadowing other mages with his superb damage and sustainability, so we're cutting away some of his innate defensive power.

[Attributes] (↓)
Base HP: 2516 >> 2456
Base Physical Defense: 20 >> 18

[Edith] (↑)
We're looking forward to a more electrifying performance from Edith in team fights as we infuse the Primal Warden with an even greater Primal Wrath.

[Ultimate] (↑)
Ranged Basic Attack's Base Damage: 15-45 >> 35-65

[Lapu-Lapu] (↑)
We're infusing more power into Lapu-Lapu's heavy sword to help the Bravest Fighter burst down his enemies in battle.

[Ultimate] (↑)
First Two Attacks' Damage: 280-440 >> 300-480
Third Attack's Damage: 420-660 >> 450-720

[Alice] (↑)
We're lowering the mana cost of Alice's Ultimate to boost her performance in extended battles.

[Ultimate] (↑)
Mana Cost: 50-90 >> 40-80

[Natan] (↑)
We're giving a slight boost to Natan's sustained damage during his Ultimate by increasing his Reverse-Clone's inherited attributes.

[Ultimate] (↑)
Reverse Clone's Attribute Inheritance Ratio: 30-35% >> 35-40%

[Bruno] (↑)
Bruno's laning performance is getting a slight assist with increased damage from his Powerball.

[Skill 1] (↑)
Base Damage: 120-320 >> 145-320

[Beatrix] (↓)
We're further curbing Beatrix's lethal arsenal to give other heroes a chance to strike back before getting shot down.

[Renner - Basic Attack] (↓)
Physical Attack Bonus: 360-535% >> 350-525%
[Renner - Ultimate] (↓)
Cooldown: 24-18s >> 32-24s

[Wesker - Ultimate] (↓)
Cooldown: 24-18s >> 32-24s

[Belerick] (↓)
Belerick's Deadly Thorns are getting some much needed pruning to trim back his baseline power and early game advantage.
Recommended Lanes: EXP Lane/Jungle >> EXP Lane/Roaming

[Passive] (↓)
Deadly Thorns Damage: 95 + (5 × Hero Level) + 1.5% Max HP >> 55 + (5 x Hero Level) + 1.8% Max HP

[Grock] (↓)
Quite a few heroes have hit a wall when facing Grock in the battlefield. We're eroding some of this stone-cold advantage by rolling back his durability and burst potential.

[Passive] (↓)
Extra Physical Defense for Each Point of Physical Attack: 0.6 >> 0.5

[Ultimate] (↓)
Initial Damage: 300-500 + 50% Physical Attack >> 360-600 + 75% Physical Attack
Extra Damage: 600-1000 + 150% Physical Attack >> 360-600 + 90% Physical Attack

[Baxia] (↓)
Baxia's been dominating the Jungle in the new meta. We're putting the brakes on his damage and mid-to-late game durability while still revving him on with early initiation power.

[Ultimate] (↓)
Base Damage: 40-60 >> 40-50

[Aamon] (↑)
A simple buff to help the Duke of Shards stand out among his fellow assassins.

[Passive] (↑)
Enhanced Basic Attack's Damage: 70 + 80% Magic Power >> 85 + 90% Magic Power

[Saber] (↑)

[Skill 1] (↑)
Saber can now cast this skill during dashes.

[Wanwan] (↓)
We're glad to see that more and more players have mastered Wanwan since the last optimization, but she may have been rising too much in power. We're slightly nerfing her damage to address this.

[Ultimate] (↓)
Physical Attack Bonus: 40% >> 35%

[Lylia] (↓)
We're cutting down the control power of Lylia's Skill 1 so she'll have to aim more carefully when spamming her Shadow Eneray.

[Skill 1] (↓)
Slow Effect: 40% >> 30%

[Karina] (↓)
We're reducing Karina's early game damage, especially when she's taking the tankier route. Her late game damage with Magic Power builds is basically unchanged.

[Passive] (↓)
Lost HP-Based Damage: 7 (+2% Magic Power)%>> 5 (+2.5% Magic Power)%

[Valentina] (↓)
Valentina's loomed large over higher play, so we're cutting down her early game power to give the overshadowed heroes more play time on the battlefield.

[New Skins]

2- Julian "Silent Edge" will be available on 05/24. ONLY 51 Diamonds for the first two weeks.
3- Esmeralda "Light Envoy" will be available on 06/07 in the Grand Collection event.
4- June Starlight Skin - Tigreal "Galactic Marshal" will be available on 06/01.

[Evolved Lord] (↑)
There's still a high percentage of matches lasting over 18 minutes. We're addressing this by applying a major boost to the Evolved Lord's damage.

[Twilight Armor] (↑)
We're slightly boosting the trigger frequency of the extra damage.

[Cursed Helmet] (↓)
We're slightly lowering Cursed Helmet's damage against enemy heroes while maintaining its lane clearing ability to distinguish it from Twilight Armor.

[Unique Passive - Burning Soul]
Damage: 1.5% Max HP >> 1.2% Max HP
Damage Against Minions: 100% >> 150%

[Molten Essence] (↓)

[Unique Passive - Burning Soul]
Damage: 1% Max HP >> 0.8% Max HP
Damage Against Minions: 100% >> 150%

[Immortality] (↓)
We're further nerfing this equipment's attributes to make it less of the go-to for almost everyone. 30 Physical Defense >> 20 Physical Defense

[Battle Spells]

[Vengeance] (↓) Vengeance's been overshadowing other Battle Spells in the new Tank meta, so we're toning it down a bit.
Damage Reflection: 40%>>35%

[Petrify] (↑)
Petrify can now interrupt certain skills (such as Claude's Ultimate), similar to the Frozen effect.

[Flame Retribution] (↑)
Flame Retribution has been relatively weak compared to its alternatives, so we're slightly buffing its effects.

[Attack Steal] (↑)

[MLBB X Transformers Collaboration]

MLBB X Transformers series events are coming 05/24 - 07/07!

1- MLBB X Transformers Gacha
New MLBB X Transformers skins, Aldous "Starscream", Popol and Kupa "Soundwave & Ravage", and Roger "Grimlock", are available for a limited time!
Previous MLBB X Transformers skins, Granger "Megatron", Johnson "Optimus Prime", and X.Borg "Bumblebee", are back for a limited time!
a- Participate in the event to draw Transformers exclusive resources and other prizes from the prize pool.

[New Hero Exchange]
The free exchange event for the new hero Julian will begin on 05/24! If you've obtained the exchange token, Raven Emblem, during the 515 Party, you can directly get this powerful mage/fighter hero for free!

[Matchmaking Optimization]

New Matchmaking Blacklist:
1- You can add up to 3 players to the Matchmaking Blacklist
2- You won't be matched with players in the Matchmaking Blackist.
3- The Matchmaking Blacklist will lose effect when Fast Queue is enabled.
4- For detailed rules, please refer to Report - Matchmaking Blacklist - Rules on the Match Result screen.
5- This feature will be released later in this version.

[Creation Camp]
We've recently received a lot of feedback regarding the high entry cost for the Creation Camp system.
To address this, we're introducing a few new features in this patch to make it easier and more convenient for you to test and finalize your custom gameplay.
1- Added a new feature that allows you to test and adjust your gameplay by yourself or with AI, without consuming Creation Camp Tickets.
2- Added a new feature to the Custom screen, which allows you to quickly create gameplay prototypes based on the preset templates
3- Gameplay ratings are now displayed on the Custom screen.
4- Added Live Stream support to the Creation Camp
5- You can now upload custom display images for your custom gameplay
6- Added an option that allows you to filter out lobbies that require a password.

We also fixed the following issues:
1- Fixed an issue where certain heroes' skills couldn't be used on the Minoan Labyrinth map.
2- Fixed a display issue of the Friends and Global lists on the Creation Camp leaderboards.

[Medal Optimization]
1- Optimized the relationship between ratings, rankings, and medals. Players on the winning team can get a Gold Medal as long as their ratings are high enough.

1- Fixed an issue where the avatars of opponents who'd liked you weren't displayed on the match result screen.
2- Fixed an issue where the HD Mode switch couldn't be turned on.
3- Fixed an issue where the game would crash when completing Celestial Tasks in certain cases.
4- Fixed a display issue of certain players' Battle Statistics.
5- Fixed an issue where heroes weren't sorted as stated on the Mastery Code screen.
6- Fixed an issue where the home screen was stretched in certain cases.
7- Fixed an issue where the Hide History switch was automatically turned off in certain cases.
8- Fixed an issue where Ling could cast the Skill 1 twice on the same wall in certain cases.
9- Fixed an issue where Valentina would be stuck with other heroes' skills in certain cases.
10- Fixed an issue where Valentina's attributes weren't converted when she transformed into Beatrix.
11- Fixed a display issue of the model and the HP bar of the Aulus puppet summoned by Vexana.
12- Fixed an issue where the hero outlines were displayed incorrectly after entering the battlefield.
13- Fixed an issue where Beatrix's bullet counter would become stuck in certain cases.
14- Fixed an issue where the EXP gained from Roaming footwear was different than stated.
15- Lowered the completion difficulty of the chapter 4 task in Popol and Kupa's Mastery Code.
16- Fixed an issue where the enhanced Basic Attack from Karina's Skill 1 couldn't trigger attack effects.
17- Fixed an issue where the HP Regen effect of certain heroes' enhanced Basic Attacks couldn't be triggered when the attack was cast on turrets.
18- Fixed an issue where Dire Hit couldn't be triggered in certain cases. Also, now it no longer takes effect on summoned units.
19- Fixed an issue where Sun's Doppelgangers couldn't trigger the effects of [Endless Battle], [Azure Blade], [Thunder Belt], and [Calamity Reaper] when he cast Instantaneous Move.
20- Fixed an issue where Clint couldn't dash when he was close to Helcurt in some rare cases.
21- Fixed an issue where Chang'e's Ultimate wasn't enhanced in time in some rare cases.
22- Optimized the skill descriptions of Yve, Freya, Luo Yi, and other 20 heroes to match the actual skill effects. The actual effects are unchanged.
