Julian is a bit way too much as you can see now... Short cool down, high damage, can slow u, can escape, have conceal skill, even high hp after add up with oracle.... Can I know when we having his nerf? I want to complain in Cs but they is no option of Julian in hero balance form....

in all honesty he is not OP he has 1 major weakness , after using his enhanced ability he is vunerable for 7 whole seconds
in those 7 seconds all his abilities are on cooldown which means he cant escape

tho his lifesteal can be super anoying i mean 75% magic lifesteal is anoying for sure

Yeah once he cast his 3 skills he's vulnerable but since the cd is low,chasing him will punish you even more. I'm sure he'll be balanced soon , ty for the feedback. :)

yup OP, he needs nerf that long cd for his skills that make we must buy cd items. dev, nerf him pls. make it become 10 cd is balance for me
