I have contacted them 3 times from 3 different account but still no response, are the customer service system down?

Or maybe all the GM are kidnapped?

Since they ae handling lots of request everyday it might take a little time for them to reply.

I already got a response where they restore my avatar and album back 1 day ago, only my account still banned for around 2 more days.

It seems only specific GM handle account ban
