[Hero Balance] Yin Ultimate Adjustment

Yin is way too much at a disadvantage when enemy hero dodged his stun or uses Wind of Nature, Winter Truncheon, and Purify.

After spending all his skills, he is unable to defend himself when enemy able to escape his grasp and kill him inside his ultimate instead. So instead of being stuck with them until Lieh's Ultimate duration ends, he have the freedom of ending it whenever he wants.


Lieh's current skills CD transfer to Yin when ultimate ends early.


Lieh have 3 skills, instead of only 2 skills that are basically enchanced version of Yin's skill.

Lieh's 3rd skill will be as following:
Ground Kick || Blink, CC, Damage
Lieh dash forward to desinated direction, upon contacting to an enemy hero, Lieh kicks them upward; knocking the enemy into the air for 0.8s while dealing 200-500(+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage.

I do agree that his Ultimate renders to be useless when missed or dodged by a good hero. Then again, his kit and stats make him somehow a really decent to op hero.

Though, a small adjustment may work not unless it will make him overpowered. What I feel like needed is an increased movement speed or probably lesser cooldown inside his ultimate.
