+% Crit Chance
+% Attack Speed

Unique Passive - Cunning: Basic Attacks that critically strike reduce the cooldown on your skills and abilities by 0.5 seconds. This cannot occur more than every (x) second's. The cooldown is doubled for ranged heroes.

Edit: numbers on stats to be determined by devs

It's a good concept, but I think it might still be too OP. I think removing the ASPD though might make it viable

I do agree that this is too overpowered and will need a whole lot of adjusment. You're basically giving the item like the max stat a hero can have on Critical Chance and Attack Speed, let alone making basic attack-based heroes be able to CD their skills easily.

Numbers are arbitrary. As we see in countless patches and updates, items and heroes are constantly buffed, nerfed and adjusted. This suggestion is an *example* of numbers and stats that may be indicative on this type of item.

This item can be used as either a compliment build, or competitor to both Scarlet Phantom and Windtalker. Each of those weapons offer a unique stat base with passive effect that could be considered OP as well. Players have access to 6 total item slots (5 with boots). Whether or not this item actually is better choice would need to be tried and tested prior to prejudice.

Given the passive is based off basic attack critical strikes, it needs attack speed and and Crit as baseline stats. The damage is not as important component, and could just as well have 10% cooldown instead of the damage.

Ithe purpose of this suggestion is the physical equivalent to Fleeting Time
