How to get my old account back ?

So my old account name is TheLtCaptain which is this account [color=rgb(255, 255, 255) !important]https://forum.mobilelegends.com/?446535

I send a request to get my password from this post https://forum.mobilelegends.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=86710&extra=page%3D1
but alas i never get it, yes i send an email to reset it but no reply to this day which i send 7 days ago
I also tried asking this in MLBB Discord but i got ghosted by the mod instead
I also tried using that reset function from forum login itself , i though it will send reset link to my email but it never work too

please any mod help me, i just wanna post new content about hero concept on my original account

Hello, we have checked your mail, but if you want us to reset forum password you need to give us UID (You can get it from opening your profile->personal informatio, have in  mind we need id of lost forum account, not your id in game).

This is meant for lost account, not your current account.

i already send username,email address from the email and what i send just now is my lost account UID which is 446535. do u need a screenshot as a proof ??
do i really have to repeat and wait 14 days for u to reply on my email which u never did
