On release and for quite a long time this was not a thing and Misni's ult completely countered Phoveus'. This is not supposed to happen because it clearly is a blink skill and should be stopped by Minsi's ult.
Phoveus is inside Minsi's ult, yet he uses it and blinks toward me.
Yet again he uses his ult.
And yet again blinks towards me.
I understand that nobody cares about Minsi but secretly nerfing an already weak fighter is just awful.
