Passive-Again:
every 80sec (decreases cdr with items, max 28%)
when an ally or herself casts ult,
Penelope makes active it once more, after 1.2sec of first ult activation.
When this happens, she and the ally(caster)  gain an additional 40% mov speed for 2.7 sec. If the ult is a dash or mov speed boost, the ally gains 20% hybrid def for 2.7 sec.
(Double Summon, except Zhask's ult)


1skill-Brown Fur and Gray Fur
Active: Penelope changes the mode of skills.
Passive: On her next basic atk, Penelope launches a blob of gray or brown energy at the target dealing 100/200/300/320(+90% total magical damage)(+1% total HP) magical damage.
the blob multiplies around the target, dealing 50/150/280/300 (+50% total magical damage)(+1%total total HP ) magical damage to other enemies within the target's basic atk range.

2skill-Problem Area:
Gray Mode:
At the target location, Penelope creates a magical land (gray color) for 1.4sec that deals 35% slow and 290/310/350/360(+160% total magical damage)(+1% total HP) magical damage to enemies hit. (applies damage only once)
Brown Mode:
She creates a magical terrain (brown), which traps enemies in the center for 1.8sec. Enemies around terrain are slowed by 53%.

3skill-Healing Potions:
- Gray Mode:
she regen 60/150/270/300(+50% total magical damage) her mana and two allies with the lowest mana.
- Brown mode:
she heals 180/260/280/300(+50% total magical damage) of her HP and two more injured allies.

Ult- Last Help Spells:
- Gray Mode:
For 2.56sec, she disables healing skills, shields and decreases the health and mana regen of up to two enemies by 30%.
if an enemy is using a heal or shield skill, Penelope instantly cancels.
- Brown Mode:
She heals the HP of allies in range in 500/600/700(+50% total magical damage)(+25% total HP)plus 10% of their lost HP. and for 2.4sec, she gives a additional of 10% atks/skills speed to allies.
