Daphnie The Illusionist Banshee

Class:Support/Mage
Ability Range: Medium/Large

Passive-Third Eye:
Every 5 skills used,
Daphnie enters True & Deadly Illusion Mode for 4.2sec.
In this state, skill ranges are increased by X meters,  skills deal 412(+133%total magical damage)(+7%total hp) magic damage and the ult deals 10%~20%(scale with the level) more of that damage.
True & Deadly Illusion Mode becomes permanent at level 15 and upon completion of the build.

Instead of attacking by pressing the basic attack button, she will float in the direction while invisible(like a ghost) during the (small) dash.
(she has low mana expenditure
by not attacking with basic attacks)


1skill-Deluded Enemies:
Active:she casts an illusion on all nearby enemies
making them believe that she and allies have 170/250/360/675(+50% total magical damage)(+6% total HP) shield.
Passive: Has a 10% chance to activate True & Deadly Illusion for 2.12sec.
Cooldown 8 mana 75

2skill-Great Fear:
Active: For 2.8sec, she creates small "Bogeymen" at target location that slow (not stackable) by 40% on nearby enemies during 1,5sec.
Passive: Has a 20% chance to activate True & Deadly Illusion for 2.26sec.
cooldown 9.9 mana 60
(They always chase the enemies)
(apply damage as soon as they touch the enemy target and only once)

3skill-Cry of Death:
Active: She launches an illusory wave at an enemy (cross minions and monsters)
causing it to slowly walk forward, then stay rooted for 1.4sec.
Passive: Has a 30% chance to activate True & Deadly Illusion for 2.70sec.
Cooldown 13.13 mana 70

Ult-Deafening Scream:
Active: With a scream, she launches a large illusory  at an enemy,
causing the target's atks to deal no damage to her and allies for 2,7sec.
Passive: Has a 40% chance to activate True & Deadly Illusion for 3sec.
Cooldown 72,2 mana 110
(Cannot be canceled by Purify)

Note: She has a third eye below her throat, which open and glows when activates True & Deadly Illusion.

I'm fine with the stackable Passive for it to proc rather than with chances and having it be a permanent effect at the end. The skillset on the otherhand is good enough for her to be one of the OP Support heroes. Keep it up~ Although she do have a bit long cooldown, I guess this is to suffice her being overpowered?
