oh, it's not just one of them who've said that...

it's their standard response whenever they try to defend the terrible matchmaking system of the game
it's either that or "play with friends"

Because, they say, "matchmaking is a problem in all MOBAs"

So they don't bother trying to really fix it...

We got no choice but to live with it because we can't expect any better from the developers who can't seem to make a proper matchmaking system

This happened to me when I was playing with AIs. I can't believe they couldn't even get one kill in 10 minutes.
