Hi guys. I'm starting a new series - Hero Reborn, where i'm going to share my thoughts on a hero's problem, and ways to improve them. In this series, I won't be narrating by myself, but will only use the Text to speech feature i used back then when I first started my channel. The reason being it's time consuming to do the voicing part for a student like me, so i will only voice my usual guides. Also, there may not be my gameplays of the particular hero that I will be discussing on each Hero Reborn episode, because basically, what I want to do in this series is to share my thoughts, so words are what matters the most for this type of content. Yay my recent favourite hero. And I agree with you, he was outshined by other heroes especially other burst type mage. His high mobility can't cover his lack of CC. Compare to other mages with no CC like Lunox or Change, Harith can't go hit and run. No wonder he's on the forgotten heroes squad.
Btw, for build, I usually go with CDR from emblem 10%, Calamity 10%, LT 10% (boost for skill 1), and Oracle 10%. But maybe I'll use your build once we get the new talent system.

And for the next hero, I wish you can feature Carmila, she is actually a strong hero but she's also outshined by other tanks, even by fighter-tank-wannabe.
